~Classes vary depenidng on student & levels~
- Please alert the instructor if you have any medical conditions that may limit your performance in class and I will accommodate you. Always ask your physician if dance classes are okay with you--he/she knows your history
- If you have a question, please raise your hand as sometimes it is difficult to stop the class but it will be addressed although it may be at the end of class
: Ballet Slippers (Blochs), Character Shoes (soft pad the soles), socks, Hermes Sandals, gymnastic canvas shoes, or any other acceptable dance shoe. Some people prefer to dance bare footed, but I think this can be attributed to "flat feet" so be forewarned AliceBlueGown
- Do bring plenty of water to class to rehydrate yourself as well as a dance towel, wipes for feet
- Please do not be tardy to class as this causes interruption. Although we constantly review at the beginning of every class, it is important you arrive to each class. Please e-mail/call me if you know you will be running later and we will extend our warm-up session to try to suit your needs. No make up days
- Acceptable attire is a halter top or a shirt that bares your mid-drift to see your abdomen, long skirts, bike shorts, leggings or yoga pants--anything exposing the hip area to see your movements
