Our Mission

South Florida Belly Dancers began in 1999 and was built on the foundation of educating the general public on the benefits of Middle Eastern dance physically, emotionally and spiritually. Bethsheba is a veteran of the US Air Force and a disabled vet. Her classes are formulated on technique to minimize risk of injury and knowledge of the roots of this sacred ritual birth-rite dance know as Belly Dance. She adds humor and visual learning aids as she breaks down each movement. Her students are also privy to her private site which gives video instruction of everything she teaches each week in class with various sizes of Goddesses performing each movement or combination. Making her class relaxed and entertained, she is the most sought after instructor in the area! Come join the fun, bring a friend and find YOUR inner Goddess today!

You can find her performing at Pegasus Greek Family Restaurant on 2833 Bee Ridge Road where she has been the featured dancer since 2002 every Saturday night with FREE shows 6-8pm and now entertains at Pergola Family Restaurant 4167 S. Tamiami Trail in Venice on Friday nights! She can also be found dancing at House of Prime in Port Charlotte for their monthly Hafla's! Bethsheba has been dancing since age 4 with ballet, tap, jazz, and into modern dance in college. She started belly dancing in 1999 in Miami with Tamalyn Dallal and has been entertaining ever since. She has 25 years in the hospitality industry so she knows how to throw a party! Hire her for your next event!
